Terms: We are pleased to make credit arrangements with established accounts. New and non-established accounts will be cash or cash in advance. Established accounts are net 30 days.Prices: Prices quoted are F.O.B. our nursery and are based on current market conditions and are subject to change without notice. Overdue Accounts: A service charge of 1 1/2% per month (18% annually) will be made on all overdue accounts unless arrangements for deferred payments have been approved. Orders for customers with overdue accounts are accepted on a C.O.D. basis until the overdue account has been paid in full. Sales Tax: We are required under the Pennsylvania Sales and Use Tax to collect 6% tax on all gross sales picked up or delivered in Pennsylvania. Sales tax will be charged unless a Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate has been properly filled out. Warranty: Johnston's Evergreen Nursery, Inc. will exercise care to have all plants true to name; however, we give no warranty expressed or implied as to the variety or productivity of the nursery stock we sell. Claims: Any claims must be made upon receipt of material. No liability is assumed for crop failure or any contingency beyond our control. Seller will at no time be responsible for more than the purchase price of material. Ordering: (Landscape Contractors, Nurseries)Whenever possible, we would appreciate advance notice of your plant needs. This will help us process your order and shorten your waiting time on day of pick-up.Picking-up Orders: (Landscape Contractors, Nurseries)We are not responsible for wrapping or tarping orders, so please bring along your tarps or other suitable coverings. Nursery stock can burn or dry out very quickly if not properly covered.
Shipping: Local delivery includes a service area of : Erie, North East, Harborcreek, Fairview, Millcreek, Edinboro, LakeCity/Girard. (Inquire at office for current local delivery charges)
Out-of-town delivery (up to 100 miles from our nursery) may be possible. Inquire at office for current out-of-town delivery criteria and charges. Arrangements must be made by the customer for shipping distances more than 100 miles. |
