Summer Squash ...

Patty Pan 'Yellow Scallop' - This variety is from France that is pure yellow.  Best eaten when young, and can be fried or baked. 

Straightneck 'Fortune' -  50 Days - 10 to 14-inch long yellow fruit are produced on an easy to grow and very productive plant.  Great sautéed or fried.  

Straightneck 'Goldprize' - 42 Days - Bottle shaped fruit grows to be 6 to 7 inches long with a smooth and glossy skin. Vigorous growth with fewer spines to lessen damage during harvest.

Zuchini Squash 'Paycheck' - 42 to 47 Days - A very adaptable plant that has a high yield of fruit. Easy to harvest and has resistance to serveral diseases making it easy to grow.

Winter Squash ...

Acorn 'Celebration' - 90 Days - A good eating squash with a great flavor growing up to 1 1/2 pounds. Fruits are yellow with white splashes and black accents that make fall displays pop! Powdery Mildew tolerant.


Acorn, Green 'Table Queen' - 75 Days - Bush plants that average about 5 fruits per plant.  Thick orange flesh.  Has a delicious flavor and they store well for winter use.  


Butternut 'Early' - 85 Days - Stores great and is earlier than older butternut plants. Sweet and nutty with a fine texture. Tan fruits come from a compact plant.\


Gourd 'Gremlin' - 95 days -  Odd fruit that are bold, bright, and even covered in warts/bumps. Speckled fruit grows to a small or medium size of 5 to 7 inches. Fruit can come in a multitude of shapes such as star, mushroom, acron, wings, necks, and even more!


Hubbard 'Blue'100 Days - Very large teardrop-shaped fruits.  Flesh is bright orange and dry.  Stores well.  Can reach 40 lbs.

Candy Roaster 'North Georgia' - 100 Days - A beautiful banana-shaped pink to orange squash that is delicious and appealing!  10 lb. or more fruits are produced on vigorous vines.  Used for pies, fried, or baked.  Heirloom.  


Pumpkin 'Champion' F1 - 90 Days - A large Jack-o-Lantern type that produces 30 lb. or more size fruits.  Large handle and an upright pumpkin shape.  Average yield is 1 to 2 per plant.

Pumpkin 'Cinnamon Girl' F1 - 85 Days - A dark orange pumpkin with a good resistance to powdery mildew.  Great for decorations or baking!  Average yield is 3 to 4 per plant.

Pumpkin 'Early Giant' - 95 days - An overall great pumpkin with a early yield of 1 to 2 fruits per plant, stocky handles, and an excellent color/shape. Fruits grow anywhere from 25 to 40 pounds earlier in the season and are easy to grow.

Pumpkin 'Polar Bear' - 100 Days - A 30 to 40 lb. white pumpkin is produced on vigorous vines.  Average yield of 1 fruit per plant.  Makes a great fall display and carving pumpkin!  F1 hybrid.


Pumpkin 'Red Warty Thing' - 110 Days - Being exactly what it sounds like, this pumpkin is covered in bumps that resemble warts. Plants produce 1 to 2 fruits that are thick skinned and are stored well for months.


 Pumpkin 'Rouge Vif d'Etampes' - 95 Days - 1880's French Heirloom.  Large flattened and ribbed reddish-orange pumpkin that is gourgeous and delicious baked or in pies.  Can also be picked small and used like summer squash.

Pumpkin 'Snowball' - 100 Days - White colored fruit that grow to be about 2 pounds. Yields 4 to 6 fruit per plant average that can hold their white color under stress in most cases.


Pumpkin 'Wolf' - 120 Days - Large fruit with a distinctively large handle. Orange fruit grows to be 16 to 24 pounds and has thick skin to help prevent flat-siding.


Spaghetti - 73 Days - Fruits are 6" to 8" by 4" to 5" wide.  Compact vines.  Flesh is similar to spaghetti noodles, and is also less fattening.  


Sweet Dumpling - 90 Days - One of the sweetest sqush available, the small flattened and ribbed 1lb. fruit is perfect for many dishes.  White skin with green stripes seal the tender orange flesh.  A customer favorite!
