Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) - 90-120 days - 1,001,304 s.u., over twice as hot as habanero, and once the Guiness Book of Record Holders hottest peppers in the world: In 2012, it was the 4th hottest pepper in the world. Although it is extremely hot, the peppers have great flavor and gives bragging rights! Limited quantity.
