Scotch Bonnet 'Red' -75-100 Days -100,000 - 350,000 Scoville Heat Units and has a smoky flavor to it's fruit. Ripens to an oddly shaped 1 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch red pepper. Great for cooking hot dishes and drying.
