Malus 'Prairie Spy' PRAIRIE SPY APPLE

(Zone 4) University of Minnesota introduction.  A tart apple that is great for baking or eating fresh. Red fruit with a yellow background.  Requires any mid-season pollinator such as Yellow Delicious, Cortland, McIntosh, or Empire.
