Perovskia atriplicifolia BLUE RUSSIAN SAGE

3-4 ft. (Zone 5)  Foliage is gray-green, aromatic and finely-textured.  Tall lavender-blue flowers appear in August and September.  Prefers full sun in well-drained soil.
