Hungarian Hot Wax - 58 Days (pale-yellow) and 83 Days (red) - Waxy, smooth fruit taper on a productive plant.  Peppers change from yellow to orange, and finally red, making them perfect for pickling.  Easy to stuff and to peel when roasted.  3,500 to 8,000 SHU rating.
